Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and performance targets are met

Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members

Monitor line performance and drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction

Coordinate product changeovers and troubleshoot operational challenges

Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

Safety & Compliance

Enforce all safety policies and procedures; promote a strong safety culture

Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, HACCP, sanitation standards, and food safety programs

Participate in safety audits, inspections, and corrective action initiatives

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Partner with Quality Assurance to address product issues and implement corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization

Utilize production metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
