We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Jet Travel Agent to manage and coordinate luxury air travel for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of private aviation, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle complex travel arrangements with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate private jet charters based on client requirements

Provide tailored flight options, including aircraft selection, routes, and schedules

Communicate with operators, brokers, and aviation partners to secure bookings

Ensure all travel documentation, permits, and clearances are properly arranged

Handle last-minute changes and provide 24/7 support to clients

Maintain strong relationships with clients and aviation service providers

Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel itineraries

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards

Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times
