Akkodis is seeking a Java Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. This position includes leading CI/CD automation initiatives and optimizing complex SQL queries across enterprise applications .
Rate Range: $40/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Java Tech Lead job responsibilities include:
Lead the design and development of enterprisegrade applications using advanced Java concepts and the Spring Framework.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of complex SQL queries to support highperformance backend systems.
Drive endtoend CI/CD automation using modern DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, testing practices, and bestinclass architecture.
Utilize mocking frameworks like Mockito or JMock to support robust unit testing and quality assurance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate solutions and, where applicable, support Guidewire PCrelated development. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
6-8 years of handson experience in advanced Java development, Spring Framework, and modern DevOps practices.
Proven expertise in designing and leading development initiatives using advanced Java concepts, Spring modules, and complex SQL optimization.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
