Job Title: Solar InstallerJob Description

We are seeking two dedicated solar installers to join our expanding team in Ohio. This role is open to individuals with varying levels of experience. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, comfort working on roofs, and a strong mechanical or electrical inclination. We are looking for individuals who are career-minded and have an excellent personality.Responsibilities

Install solar systems for both residential and commercial projects.

Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Perform mechanical and electrical tasks associated with solar installation.

Travel within a 60-mile radius of Columbus, occasionally traveling further.

Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.

Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Ability to work from heights.

Clean driving record.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous solar installation experience is a plus.

OSHA10 certification is advantageous.

Our work environment involves both residential and commercial solar installations. Projects are primarily located within a 60-mile radius of Columbus, with occasional assignments further afield. This role requires working outdoors and at heights, following a casual dress code suitable for construction sites.Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
