Payroll Analyst

Job Description

Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and knowledge of ADP Workforce Manager.

Verify and process payroll weekly for 200 plus union employees.

Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to payroll and taxes.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.

Process 32BJ Union benefits, dues, 401k, and fund payments.

Manage unemployment, Worker’s Compensation, New York Paid Family Leave, and disability claims.

Provide employment and employee loan verifications as needed. Ensure readiness and preparedness for audits.
