Field Sales Representative

Prime Virtual Solutions is recruiting experienced independent sales representatives to conduct in-home sales presentations for customers interested in purchasing above-ground swimming pools.

Customer interest is generated through television and online advertising, and potential buyers are pre-approved for financing prior to their appointment.

Sales representatives travel to scheduled customer appointments to demonstrate products and assist customers with selecting the right pool package.

This is not telemarketing or cold calling.

What You'll Do

• Travel to scheduled customer appointments

• Conduct product presentations

• Assist customers in selecting pool options

• Close sales and submit orders

Customers request information through advertising, so no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting is required.

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position.

Compensation includes:

• $25 paid for each completed sales presentation

• Average commission per sale approximately $600 – $700

• Many experienced sales representatives complete multiple presentations per day and several sales per week

Earnings vary depending on individual sales performance.

Bonus Opportunities

Seasonal bonuses include:

• $100 bonus for each financed pool sold

• $150 bonus for each cash sale

Bonuses are paid at the end of the sales season.

Returning sales representatives may also qualify for additional loyalty bonuses in future seasons.

Requirements

Applicants must have experience selling high-ticket products on a commission basis, such as:

• Automotive sales

• Mortgage lending

• Roofing or home improvement products

• Windows or siding

• Residential security systems

• Other commission-based sales roles

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to travel locally to scheduled appointments

• Strong closing skills
