Description:

This is a work from home (remote) position. On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:

• Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries

• Resolve customer issues or questions

• Processing payment deferrals and installment plans

• Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan

• Accurately enroll the customer in the correct plan

• Strive to resolve the customer issues on the first call

• Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues

• Understand ‘client call flow’ and regulations

Computer Requirements

Must be able to provide your own PC or laptop with hard-wired internet connection (Not wireless) Minimum 10 mbps download Minimum 3 mbps upload

30 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space, 8 GB of RAM, Windows 11
