We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Research Analyst to manually gather and verify homeowners’ information from county property appraiser websites, specifically focusing on the Palm Beach and Broward Property Appraiser (PAPA) portals. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, the ability to navigate online databases, and a keen eye for accuracy to ensure reliable data collection that supports lead generation and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Research and collect homeowner information (names, mailing addresses, property details, etc.) from the Palm Beach and Broward Property Appraiser (PAPA) websites.

Accurately record and organize data into spreadsheets or databases following company guidelines.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of the collected data.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Meet daily and weekly data collection targets.

Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry, research, or related roles preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with browser tools

Preferred Skills

Good to have lead generation skills.

Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve incomplete information.

Advanced Search Engine techniques

Knowledge of proxies and VPNs

Familiarity with VOIP (Soft Phones apps)
