Baker High School is searching for a dynamic educational leader to join our TEAM and serve as Vice Principal for K-6 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Minimum salary is $80,020 + DOE (District will allow up 10 years experience), $2,000 bonus, cell phone stipend, plus full single medical coverage and free access to the Health & Fitness Center.

Baker Public Schools operates on a four-day school week.

Our K-12 student population is over 480 students and our high school competes in the Southern B Division.

Our schools have a manageable teacher-to-student ratio.

Each classroom is equipped with the latest in technology, we have Chromebooks available to all students and Surface Pro tablets for staff.

The City of Baker of is located in the southeast corner of Montana and is the county seat for Fallon County.

Baker is home to over 1,900 residents (2017) and has several restaurants, local businesses, a golf course, and Baker Lake.
