We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities: * Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

* Safely transport completed picks to the designated packing staging area.

* Communicate consistently with the Picking Team Lead to address and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

* Follow quality standards, promptly reporting any inventory issues to the Team Lead.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that containers and picking areas are always functioning properly.

* Pack customer orders accurately by reviewing product SKUs, weights, and quantities before shipping.

* Efficiently seal, label, and stack packages for shipment, loading them onto trailers as required.

* Collaborate with other departments as directed by management, supporting Fulfillment Center operations.

Qualifications: * Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.

* Experience with RF scanners is a plus but not essential.

* Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
