Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apex Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Columbus, OH. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust Oracle solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in Oracle technologies and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Oracle Apex applications to support business processes.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Design and implement workflows, BI Publisher reports, and Unix shell scripts to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Oracle systems with third-party applications, such as Salesforce.
• Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle R12 E-Business Suite to create efficient database solutions.
• Apply Rest APIs and web services to support event-driven development and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle-based systems.
• Contribute to the enhancement of cloud-based solutions, including Google Cloud technologies.
• Ensure system security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Document development processes and provide training to users when necessary.• Minimum of three years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials applications and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle Apex development and SQL/PLSQL coding.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 E-Business Suite and related tools.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, Unix shell scripting, and Oracle Loader workflows.
• Familiarity with J-Developer and its technical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Rest APIs and web services for integration purposes.
• Experience with integrating Oracle systems into third-party applications, such as Salesforce.
• Preferred knowledge of Google Cloud technologies and event-driven development.
