Role Description The Program Control Analyst provides advanced financial planning, analysis, and reporting support across Government and Commercial Programs.

This role is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, monitoring program financial performance, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and delivering data driven insights that support decision making.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, forecasts, and financial models for DoD and commercial projects.

Track actuals vs.

budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including baseline development, analysis, and variance reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, develop insights, and communicate findings clearly.

Support development, monitoring, and analysis of indirect rates (overhead, G&A, fringe, material handling, etc.). Assist with provisional billing rate submissions, incurred cost submissions, and audit support.

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Experience with Dynamics, Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

Ability to work in fast paced, matrixed environments supporting multiple programs.

5–10+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in DoD or complex commercial environments.

Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel modeling, Power BI/Tableau). Work Requirements/ConditionWork performed in a manufacturing and production environment.Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations.Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently.Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools.May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas.Must wear company-issued smock or ESD-protective garments where required.Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.U.S.
