We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensure high-quality service delivery, and support the development of strong, long-term client relationships.
This role works closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, oversee account operations, and identify opportunities to grow client partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong client management skills with operational organization and strategic thinking.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
Coordinate and monitor project execution with internal teams and external partners.
Support the implementation of marketing and communication initiatives across multiple channels.
Maintain accurate and organized account documentation, including proposals, contracts, benchmarks, and status updates.
Track operational aspects of accounts, including project progress, resource allocation, and account administration.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Provide strategic recommendations that help strengthen client outcomes and business impact.
Participate in new business initiatives when required.
Support and guide junior team members to ensure alignment with processes and service standards.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or similar roles within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
Experience coordinating or mentoring junior team members.
Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
