Database Administrator

Administer and optimize enterprise databases supporting ERP/MRP, MES, quality, and logistics for piston manufacturing operations; design schemas, stored procedures, and ETL/data pipelines that integrate ERP, plant test data, inventory and warehouse systems, and customer EDI feeds; perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring to meet uptime and throughput targets; implement and test backup, recovery, and high availability and disaster recovery solutions and maintain change control and SOP documentation; manage security and data integrity for lot and serial traceability and ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audit readiness; build reports and dashboards for production, quality, and customer scorecards using SQL and BI tools; collaborate with engineering, quality, and finance to troubleshoot data issues, support new program launches, and ensure on time OEM reporting; provide off hours and on call support for production incidents and planned maintenance windows.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Systems, or a closely related field.
