Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center.

Duties include pre-operative exam and assessment, providing procedural or intra-operative care utilizing MAC, regional, and general anesthesia techniques on ASA class 1 through 4 patients (+80% are ASA 2 and 3), and post-operative care within a recovery area.

Staff also participate in program development to ensure an ever-improving care model for our Nation's Veterans.

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: * Direction of perioperative anesthetic care to patients * Preoperative Assessments * Intraoperative anesthetic administration and monitoring * Post-anesthesia Care * Participating in the development and implementation of program planning, objectives, policies, and standards essential to delivery of quality anesthetic care Work Schedule: Intermittent per service needs and availability.
