KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the design and development of advanced systems, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues in system integration.
YOU MUST HAVE * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
* 7 or more years of experience in systems engineering and project management.
* Proven experience having developed multiple products from concept to launch.
* Strong understanding of systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in tools and technologies related to systems engineering, including experience with IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100 standards[RM3.1], examples include DFMEA, Design Verification, Control Plans, Engineering drawings and specifications, etc.
* Experience with advanced systems design and development methodologies focusing on automotive sensors (pressure, flow, etc.) WE VALUE * Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Experience in healthcare, industrial, and automotive sensor applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with a global cross functional team across multiple sites.
* Six Sigma green belt or black belt is preferred.
