Outpost Eats Sous Chef

Outpost Eats is looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to work in our truck at the base of Galbraith Mountain. We offer a fun and flexible environment just minutes away from miles of singletrack.

Job Duties:

Managing Prep and Shopping lists

Preparing food for service

Produce orders efficiently and consistently during service

Daily cleaning and some dishwashing

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a fast-paced, from-scratch kitchen but we will train the right candidate.

Self starter

Fast, efficient, and safe knife skills

Strong attention to detail

Valid Washington State Food Worker Card required

Part-Time Employment (aprox 15-30 hrs a wk)

$22/hr plus tips
