Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dough and manage fermentation and proofing processes
Boil and bake bagels according to shop standards
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain sanitation and temperature logs
Support bakery team members during production
Qualifications:
1–2 years experience in baking, pastry or kitchen prep
Ability to work night or weekend bakery shifts
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
English required; Spanish a plus
Compensation:
Hourly pay $18–$20
