Key Responsibilities:
Lead front desk and guest service operations
Manage reservations and room inventory to maximize occupancy
Train and supervise front desk staff
Resolve guest concerns and provide personalized service
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in hotel front desk or hospitality operations
Management or supervisory experience required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with hotel booking platforms and PMS systems
