2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

A Spinner Operator works in a textile manufacturing environment operating spinning machines that convert fiber into yarn. The role involves monitoring equipment, maintaining yarn production, and ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor spinning frames used to produce yarn

Ensure materials are properly fed into machines

Replace empty yarn packages and tie broken threads

Guide and monitor drawing rollers during operation

Remove lint and excess yarn from machines to maintain cleanliness

Watch for machine issues and report malfunctions to supervisors

Maintain production quality and efficiencyRequirements

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong attendance and punctuality

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication skills
