The AML/KYC Governance team supports AML/KYC operations by delivering customer insights for data-promoted decisions. This role offers a chance to contribute thought leadership and engage with senior leadership. Success requires technical skills, attention to detail, and project management expertise, utilizing advanced SQL and Alteryx tools. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated senior analyst with strong execution skills and experience in managing diverse analyses, along with critical thinking, analytical storytelling, and adaptability.

As a senior associate in the AML/KYC Governance team, you will use your advanced SQL and Alteryx Analytical tools and project management expertise to deliver insights/reporting on exciting service features and capabilities.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Support & lead partnerships with key AML/KYC Governance and Oversight stakeholders and AML/KYC Product groups with strong understanding of business drivers, underlying data and processes

+ Support demand mitigation programs by providing data and analytics leadership across the servicing organization.

+ Use analytical tools such as trend analysis, segmentation, optimization, and other techniques to improve business function performance.

+ Manage multiple deliverables focused on gaining insight into various issues and questions that often arise through our current monitoring processes as well as enhancing existing monitoring processes.

+ Contribute to business cases, construct test designs, and identify populations for pilot programs; analyze program performance and derive insights to help inform future customer strategies.

+ Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions, often for executives, in regularly-scheduled analytics meetings chaired by the analyst in this role.

+ Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations to measure the impact of implemented products and provide management with self-service tools to explore and report on current trends of key metrics.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ 3+ years of related experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field required.

+ Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx)

+ Familiarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods

+ Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodology.

+ Collaborate with the Area Product Owners and Business SMEs to formulate quantifiable goals for measurement; advise on strategies and experimentation required to achieve business goals.

+ Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with great presentation skills.

+ Entrepreneurial drive, ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently with relevant stakeholders to influence and gain buy-in across various job functions.

+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-driven and fast-paced environment

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ Experience with Alteryx and common Chase Data sources are strongly preferred.

+ Experience with AML/KYC reporting preferred

+ Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation (Tableau preferred)

+ Basic skills with JIRA, Confluence

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
