We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Intern to join our Engineering team for the summer.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced CNC manufacturing environment, where you will support day-to-day engineering activities and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the Engineering team on machine changeovers, fixture builds, cell builds, and robotic applications, gaining real-world exposure to CNC machining operations and manufacturing processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with machine changeovers, fixture builds, cell builds, and robotic tasks.Support the Engineering department in maintaining efficient and reliable CNC cell operations.Participate in the development, improvement, and implementation of manufacturing processes.Conduct research and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project completion and production goals.Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and improvements.Requirements: QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.Strong understanding of CNC machining operations.Familiarity with machine changeovers, fixture builds, cell builds, and robotics.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
