Job Description: Client is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Augusta, GA.
This is an opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong referral relationships, high procedural volume, and significant earning potential.
The ideal candidate is clinically confident, procedure-focused, and motivated to help expand a growing pain program.
This is primarily a clinic-based, interventional role with no hospital call requirements.
What You’ll Do:Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans incorporating interventional and medication-based therapiesPerform advanced interventional pain procedures including but not limited to: o Epidural steroid injectionso Facet injections & medial branch blockso Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)o Joint injectionso Spinal cord stimulator trials (preferred)Oversee and collaborate with NP/PAs within the practiceMaintain thorough and compliant documentation in EMRParticipate in strategic growth of procedural service lines Compensation & Incentives:Salary+ total compensation potentialCompetitive base salary + productivity modelEstablished procedural volume with strong earning upside401(k)Paid Time OffCME allowanceMalpractice coverage High producers have significant earning potential beyond the base range.
