Accounting Manager - Mostly Remote Manchester, TN

We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to support financial leadership for a high impact manufacturing operation. This role is mostly remote, with 1 onsite day each week, offering strong flexibility while keeping you closely connected to plant operations.

Salary up to $110,000 What You’ll Do as the Accounting Manager:

Handle inventory accounting, month end entries, and financial accuracy.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across plant operations.

Partner with operations leadership to drive performance, cost improvements, and process enhancements.

Quarterly travel required Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Manufacturing experience required

Strong analytical, reporting, and ERP/BI system skills
