Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our estimating team.

Estimator Job role Responsibilities

Actively drive 5-star reviews from customers

Perform marketing activities to develop potential customer pipeline (This can include door knocking, stopping by realtors or insurance offices to deliver folders/marketing items, business networking, etc.)

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Effectively manage pipeline in company CRM tool from lead stage through invoiced

Assist office administrator in collecting deposits and final payments from your customers

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Oversee roof installations on site, ensuring all necessary material is available, documenting any unforseen events, creating change orders, completing final walkthroughs with customers, and ensuring clean up is efficient.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Excellent time management skills

1-2 years experience in sales preferred but not required

Professional attitude & appearance

Must be able to carry a 2 story ladder

Must be able to climb on and off roofs
