What You’re Good At

You are a motivated, goal-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing businesses. You are confident, persuasive, and skilled at identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams. You communicate clearly and professionally, follow up consistently, and are energized by meeting and exceeding sales goals.

What You’ll Do

Cross-sell, generate, and develop new personal lines business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with teammates, prospects, clients, carriers, and referral partners.

Conduct coverage reviews and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Prepare, present, and explain quotes and coverage recommendations to clients.

Follow up on leads, quotes, and referrals in a timely and professional manner.

Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the agency management system.

Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market changes.

Collaborate with management and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
