Job Title: QA Analyst (Playwright + Java)

Location: Remote (U.S. Only)

Start Date: ASAP (Target: April 1)

Duration: 12+ month contract

Compensation: $60-65/hr W2

Overview

We are looking to hire a QA Automation Engineer to support testing across enterprise SAP cloud products, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and HANA Cloud.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on building and scaling automated test frameworks using Playwright and Java within a fast-paced, CI/CD-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and Java

Develop end-to-end (E2E), API, and integration test suites

Support continuous product releases across SAP platforms (SAC, HANA Cloud)

Execute a mix of automated and manual testing, with a focus on automating manual processes

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Perform root cause analysis on test failures and production issues

Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve quality and release reliability Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java

Must have direct, hands on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP HANA

Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks

Experience with API testing (REST APIs)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Experience working in Agile environments Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), HANA Cloud, or similar SAP products

Experience with JavaScript or Node.js

Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments

Experience testing microservices architectures
