Enrollment Provider Admin needs 1–2 years of experience in business environment.
Enrollment Admin requires:
Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and providers.
• Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in business environment.
• Provider credentialing experience a plus.
Enrollment Admin duties:
• • Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system.
• • Enter and maintain all provider information into database.
• • Verify required documentation.
• • Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates.
• • Outreach providers via email and by phone.
• • Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
• • Assist with other duties as assigned.
• • Complies with all policies and standards.
