Key Responsibilities
Manage customer projects, timelines, and day to day communication
Complete required documentation and upload information through customer portals
Coordinate shipping needs, quality requirements, and support customer audits
Enter and update order details, pricing, and delivery information in the ERP system
Resolve customer questions or issues related to schedule changes or shipments
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related environment
Experience with production processes (such as fabrication, machining, or similar hands on manufacturing environments)
