Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of comprehensive testing strategies and improve software quality through meticulous planning and execution of test scripts.
Define and monitor test metrics such as code coverage, performance, and overall quality to ensure high standards are met.
Oversee regression testing, automation testing, performance monitoring, and usability assessments to ensure software functionality meets business needs.
Create and refine test plans, including defining entry and exit criteria for successful testing phases.
Collaborate with a team of testers, providing guidance and addressing any challenges related to the testing process.
Establish test models (plans, data, scripts) and manage test data effectively.
Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality of testing.
Manage and allocate resources across multiple tests within a dynamic environment.
Act independently to make decisions regarding methods and procedures for new assignments.
Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in the IT consulting industry.
5 years of experience in testing custom solutions, constructing, and executing test scripts.
5 years of experience in designing and implementing test plans and managing defect triage meetings.
4 years of experience using TOSCA or Selenium to design test automation frameworks.
4 years of experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins and GIT.
4 years of participation in agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Proven experience managing teams and overseeing work efforts.
