About the Role
As a Senior AI DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and managing scalable, secure cloud environments essential for AI training, deployment, and monitoring. You'll collaborate with various teams to establish infrastructure requirements while ensuring the robust performance of AI workloads.
Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI model training and inference services.
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to automate cloud resource management.
Design CI/CD pipelines to automate AI application development.
Optimize Kubernetes clusters and GPU utilization for improved performance and cost efficiency.
Integrate AI models and data pipelines into cloud platforms.
Develop monitoring and observability solutions.
Troubleshoot issues across various system layers.
Lead performance validation and reliability testing for AI systems.
Document architecture and operational best practices.
Support automation for dataset management and model versioning.
Ensure adherence to cloud security standards.
Collaborate with security teams on networking and identity management.
Mentor junior engineers.
Evaluate new cloud services and AI tools for potential adoption.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration platforms.
Experience with CI/CD systems and deployment automation.
Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and networking problems.
Proficient in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
Willingness to travel occasionally for team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with production-scale ML or AI workloads.
Cloud certifications, such as Azure or AWS.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services and GPU orchestration.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code frameworks like Terraform.
Experience using observability tools and monitoring stacks.
Knowledge of generative AI workloads and performance metrics.

The salary range for this role is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 annually, contingent on qualifications and business needs.
