Assembly Line Operator:

1st / 2nd shift

Pay $14-$16/hr

Immediate hire

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Assembly Line Operators to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of performing tasks with precision and maintaining the quality of the products.

Responsibilities:

Operate various assembly tools and machinery as required.

Ensure products meet quality standards.

Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Report any discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor immediately.

Participate in continuous improvement processes and be open to adapt to changes.

Follow both verbal and written instructions efficiently.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and environmental standards.

Key Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Proficiency in using assembly tools.

Sufficient physical reflexes and mobility to navigate the assembly line.

Team player with effective communication skills.

Willingness to adapt to new projects, practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic knowledge of environmental ISO14001 preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, 75% of the time.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
