Team Leader Shipbuilding

The Role

Delivers shipbuilding engineering outputs with high quality and on time, while providing functional leadership to a team of shipbuilding engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily shipbuilding engineering activities

Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting

Review and validate shipbuilding engineering deliverables

Perform complex design, calculations, and drawings

Coordinate outsourced engineering and support production

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of shipbuilding engineering and processes

Experience with Cadmatic Hull and AutoCAD

Good command of English

Other Requirements

Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya

Willing to travel abroad

No military obligation (for male candidates)
