Project Manager, Engineering

The Role

Leads engineering projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards and regulations. Manages the engineering scope, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and oversees planning, execution, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Define project objectives and manage engineering plans, budgets, and schedules

Lead and coordinate engineering teams and resources

Monitor progress, man-hours, and deliverables

Act as the technical authority and ensure compliance with regulations

Review and approve engineering outputs

Maintain communication with stakeholders and customers

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of yacht building, engineering processes, and regulations

Proven leadership, planning, and reporting skills

Fluent in English

Other Requirements

Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya

Willing to travel abroad

No military obligation (for male candidates)
