Job Title: Set Up Operator
Job Description
We are seeking skilled operators to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine operation, setting up machinery, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. A comprehensive training program is provided on the 1st shift prior to transitioning to the assigned shift. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery and conduct final inspections on products.
Adjust machinery settings including heights, speeds, and feeds.
Work from drawings and blueprints to guide operations.
Gather raw materials prior to commencing job duties.
Organize products into the correct areas for processing.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation or higher-level assembly.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Ability to work from blueprints or drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a fabrication shop or automotive industry is beneficial.
Familiarity with machine set up and quality checks.

Hours:
Training: Monday-Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm ($1.00)
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10pm - 6:30am ($1.50)Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicopee, MA.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.29 - $24.29/hr.
