SMT Operator – Temp-to-Perm Seymour, CT
$21 – $24/hour 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Are you ready to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Seymour, CT? We are seeking motivated SMT Operators to run state-of-the-art surface mount technology equipment. This temp-to-perm role offers competitive pay, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow your career in electronics manufacturing.What You’ll Do:
Operate and load/unload SMT equipment including screen printers, paste inspection systems, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
Follow detailed work instructions with precision and attention to detail
Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; escalate larger problems as needed
Work collaboratively with your team to meet production deadlines
Maintain a safe, clean workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Use Microboard MIS (Aegis) software to track production
Complete component identification and safety trainingWho We’re Looking For:
0–3 years of SMT or manufacturing experience (or equivalent)
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Experience with feeders and SMT equipment is a plus
U.S. citizenship required (electronics manufacturing regulations)Preferred Qualifications for Experienced Operators:
1–5 years of SMT experience
Setup and maintenance of SMT machines
IPC-610 Certification

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
