What Youâ ll DoYouâ ll operate a variety of equipment that brings printed circuit boards to life, including:

Screen printers

Pick and place machines

AOI equipment

X ray machines

LSM and UFP machinesYouâ ll learn everything through hands on training with an experienced mentor plus job specific classroom sessions.

? Requirements

High School Diploma/GED preferred

Previous manufacturing experience required (machine operation experience is a big plus)

Basic math skills

Ability to read instructions, match/count numbers, and distinguish colors
