Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in the daily coordination and execution of banquet events, banquet set-ups, and overall food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar support. This position ensures that all service areas operate efficiently, meet brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with the Banquet, Culinary, and Events teams, the Supervisor oversees event set-up and breakdown, supports staff development, monitors inventory, and ensures compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Education & Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or lead role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Strong background in delivering high-quality service with a cordial, friendly, and family-oriented approach to guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, health department regulations, and local liquor laws is required.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential, including verbal and written communication skills.

• Supports the onboarding and hands-on training of new team members, reinforcing service standards and operational procedures to promote consistency.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended hours.
• The ability to work through long shifts, including late-night hours and/or weekends.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments that may be indoors or outdoors, and range from quiet to loud atmospheres, with exposure to various weather conditions such as heat, sun, rain, wind, or cold.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and climb stairs or ladders as necessary to inspect, adjust, or assist with banquet set-up and equipment.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
