Location: Makati City

Salary: P 80,000 - P95,000

Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities:

Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Authorized to send customers their replacement products or reverse erroneous fees.

Requirement:

Native/Non Native Japanese

Can speak, read and write Japanese language

Good English communication skills.

Atleast college graduate

BPO and customer service experience is an advantage.
