DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time outside sales role offers a flexible schedule, typically operating Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with minimal travel.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with local business leaders
Meet with clients to understand their benefits needs
Present customized solutions and explain benefit options clearly and honestly
Provide exceptional client service and follow-up
Train and mentor developing sales professionals
Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training
Continuously grow your client base and leadership skills
