PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Qualifications:

· Experience level: Entry Level to Experienced Professional

· Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Food Safety Training

· Machine Operation

· Quality Assurance

· Attention to Detail

· Basic Troubleshooting

· Food Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities:

***Must be able to train on Day Shift for 30 days**

· Job Responsibilities Overview: The Production Operator - Processing is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products

· This role follows strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards, ensuring that all procedures align with company specifications and regulatory requirements

· Set up, operate, and monitor food processing machinery according to production requirements

· Perform quality checks on products to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications

· Record processing data accurately, including temperatures, times, and batch information

· Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and processing efficiency

· Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations

· Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the Production Supervisor or Maintenance

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, participating in routine sanitation procedures

· Assist with material handling and staging for processing operations

· Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and timelines

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings

Education and Specific Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Entry Level to Experienced Professional

Relative Years of Experience: 1-2 years in food manufacturing, food processing, or similar environment preferred.

Other certification (if any):

• GMP Training

• Food Safety Training

Required Skills:

• Machine Operation

• Quality Assurance

• Attention to Detail

• Basic Troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

• Food Processing Experience

• Knowledge of HACCP Guidelines
