Bricker Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Description

We are looking for skilled and reliable Bricker Machine Operators to join our production team. This position involves operating and maintaining bricker machines that compress metal into briquettes for use in our foundry. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate bricker machines to process metal scrap into briquettes.

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.

Inspect raw materials for contaminants and ensure quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Accurately record production data and report any irregularities.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in machine operation or industrial manufacturing preferred.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions.

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
