Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care Frontenac, Kansas, United States Travel assignment starting March 30, 2026 8-week contract in a skilled nursing facility Nights shift, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Weekly pay $1,110–$1,206 Guaranteed hours 36–48 per week. Schedule follows a rotating night pattern: Week 1—Thursday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; Week 2—Friday, Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday. This assignment focuses on comprehensive care in a long term care setting with a stable night-shift dedicated to resident support.

Responsibilities

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to the care plan

- Document care accurately in charts and communicate changes to the nursing team

- Maintain infection control practices and patient safety during all activities

Requirements

- Active LPN license in good standing (state of assignment)

- Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program

- Prior long-term care or geriatric care experience preferred

- Ability to work nights and adhere to the described schedule

- Pass health screenings and standard background checks required for clinical practice
