About the job Alliance Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Alliance Program Manager to oversee the development, execution, and growth of strategic partnerships and alliance programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key partners, driving collaborative initiatives, and ensuring alliance programs deliver measurable value to both organizations.
The Alliance Program Manager will work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations to align partnership strategies with business objectives and ensure the successful implementation of joint initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic alliance programs with key business partners.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners that align with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute joint initiatives, co-marketing programs, and collaborative projects.
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead regular partner reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Develop and manage alliance program frameworks, processes, and reporting structures.
Support revenue growth through partnership-driven opportunities.
Ensure alignment between alliance activities and broader business strategies.
Stay informed on industry developments, partnership trends, and competitive landscapes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
5-8+ years of experience in partnership management, alliance management, program management, or business development.
Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships or alliance programs.
Strong project and program management skills.
Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and initiatives.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise service environments.
MBA or advanced degree in business or related field.
Experience managing partner ecosystems or channel programs.
Familiarity with CRM and partnership management platforms.
Experience supporting revenue-generating partnership initiatives.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 per year
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and partnership management expertise.
