This position will be primarily based out of our Mesa I facility located at 4712 S Ellsworth Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212. Though pending business needs could slide or assist to other AZ and SRC sites.

Position Description

SRC is seeking a highly motivated ERP Program Manager to drive user adoption, engagement, and proficiency across all divisions. This role ensures that employees understand, embrace, and effectively utilize our ERP system to support operational excellence, data integrity, and enterprise-wide harmonization.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, a natural trainer, and a relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic and growing environment. They will serve as the ERP team's frontline ambassador-bridging the gap between end users, business leaders, and the ERP project team to ensure every user has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to leverage our ERP system as intended.

Essential Responsibilities

1. ERP User Engagement & Site Advocacy

• Serve as an ERP point of contact for Arizona division at the start then transition to all sites.

• Identify recurring issues, adoption barriers, and process deviations, providing actionable recommendations to system owners.

• Reinforce ERP best practices and process standardization to support "One SRC."

• Establish strong relationships with local leadership and superusers.

2. Documentation, Knowledge Management & Support

• Own and maintain the ERP knowledge base, ensuring content is clear, current, and comprehensive.

• Standardize documentation across divisions to reduce tribal knowledge.

• Provide hands-on assistance to users struggling with recurring processes or system tasks.

• Identify opportunities to streamline training and self-service materials.

3. Training Strategy, Delivery & User Adoption

• Tailor trainings to close knowledge gaps based on process deviation, workflow issues, user competencies, and leadership direction.

• Design, deliver, and maintain structured ERP documentation for training, adoption, and standardization.

• Create standards for ERP flowcharts, videos, job aids, and assessments.

• Facilitate user trainings- virtual and in-person, one-on-one and group sessions, on department and multi departmental across ERP modules as needed.

4. Change Management & Communication

• Partner with ERP BAs, Champions, Developers, and IT to prepare users for new features, upgrades, and process shifts.

• Assist in UAT coordination and rollout communication.

• Translate technical changes into user-friendly language and actionable guidance.

• Support organizational adoption during module expansions or major process shifts.

5. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with the ERP Systems Manager and ERP BAs to align training with system design and long-term business goals.

• Stay current with ERP best practices and modern training methodologies.

• Support the broader ERP team during improvement projects, demos, and rollouts.

• Additional -

o Make decisions that represent the best interest of the organization.

o Support the needs of other departments.

o Present and lead through company values.

o Support a safety culture by following all PPE and safety rules while on the production floor.

Requirements

Position Qualifications

Required -

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Training & Development, Information Systems, or related field preferred with 2-5 years of experience

• Experience with ERP use, developing module improvements, user adoption initiatives.

• Experience working across functional areas such as Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or Accounting.

• Comfortable delivering training and supporting documentation regarding an ERP system

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills-comfortable leading groups of all sizes.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a passion for engaging others.

• Ability to travel regularly to company sites to deliver in-person training.

• Comfort operating in an agile environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must pass medical pre-screen with physical and background check

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Desired -

• Background in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.

• Familiarity with e-learning tools, content creation, or LMS administration.

• Change management or project management certifications.

• Experience working at a business with multiple divisions and locations
