Our client in Flagstaff, AZ urgently needs FT coverage for March & April (with option to extend contract if desired).

ALL RATES WILL BE CONSIDERED!

EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Cases: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo

Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center

Credentialing timeframe:

Requirements:

Board Certification

AZ License

DEA

BLS or ACLS

Clean background & med mal
