Diversified Systems is searching for a Technical Specialist who will have the responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities:
Manages user access rights and account provisioning throughout the full user lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding, access updates, and offboarding in alignment with established SLAs desired.
Performs IT compliance support tasks, including conducting security scans, identifying vulnerabilities, and applying required remediation to maintain a secure and compliant environment desired.
Execute operational identity and access management (IAM) functions to uphold agency security policies, standards, and authorization controls desired.
Supports IT specialists by maintaining and validating metadata, assisting with data loading, executing unit and system test scripts, and providing application maintenance support desired.
Develops, organizes, and maintains platform-specific documentation to ensure continuity, standardization, and accurate operational knowledge across systems desired.
Contributes to enhancements of existing infrastructure, software, or database systems by creating or modifying program modules, writing standard queries, and developing database diagrams desired.
Writes and executes unit and systems testing scripts and verifies test results to ensure software and system changes meet required specifications and produce expected outcomes desired.
Provides technical troubleshooting and customer service support for IT-related issues, promoting timely resolution and effective communication with end users desired.
Supports operational readiness by participating in on-call rotations, performing extended system monitoring, and responding to time-sensitive service requests desired.
Assists in maintaining secure and stable IT environments by staying informed on technology trends, security practices, and agency procedures relevant to assigned work desired.
Requirements:
7 years experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management systems required.
Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD required.
Hands-on experience with MIM for identity lifecycle, provisioning, and workflow automation required.
Experience with IBM security technologies, including ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager) required.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex access issues required.
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred) required.
Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access review processes required.
Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, lifecycle management) required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business units, developers, and infrastructure teams required.
Ability to work onsite required.
