Position Description:
Supports reliable and efficient generating station operations by maintaining all electric distribution equipment, all electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems/subsystems in a state of operational readiness. Performs complex and routine tasks independently or as the lead.
Essential Job Tasks:
Installs, calibrates, and tests new electrical equipment or existing equipment modifications.
Maintains station instrumentation, pneumatic systems, and control systems. Troubleshoots and repairs complex and unique issues with these systems.
Maintains power distribution equipment, motors, and associated control equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs complex and unique issues with these systems.
Maintains environmental monitoring equipment including tuning, inspecting, and performing required repairs.
Completes work order documentation including work performed, labor required, and materials used.
Follows job plans to complete preventative maintenance on electrical and pneumatic systems.
Maintains a 24-hour/day availability during rotating on-call shifts. Maintains 24-hour/day availability for emergency work at night, on weekends and holidays as needed.
Provides guidance to less experienced technicians and supervises contract labor assigned to the group when required.
Comply with all corporate safety requirements. Wear appropriate PPE at all times. Complete all safety and OSHA training requirements on time. Adhere to clearance procedures.

$41.05 - $51.25 (min. - mid.)
Technician B
High school diploma/GED + 2 years directly related experience required.Compensation Information:
$30.05 - $37.55 (min. - mid.)
Technician C
High school diploma/GED required.Compensation Information:
$34.35 - $30.40 (min. - mid.)
