Job Description

Responsible for the set-up of new equipment and improving the overall equipment efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide analyses and modification of equipment, which will lead to continuous improvement in machine utilization, efficiency, losses and quality.

Coordinate with equipment suppliers changes and modification for institutionalization.

Performs analyses on visual/mechanical rejects.

Set up equipment and train technicians and operators on its operations and functions.

Generate/establish/write operating specifications.

Generate and maintain reports and records.

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of 5 year Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical technology course or equivalent

Experience

At least 2 years direct experience in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering

Skills

Preferably knowledgeable in automated test handler, testers and tape and reel equipment

Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
