Job Description
Our client in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with QuickBooks and be comfortable managing core functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and basic General Ledger activity. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a steady workflow, consistency, and contributing to a small, collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
Assist with month-end tasks, including posting entries and basic GL reconciliations
Prepare invoices, apply customer payments, and monitor aging reports
Support vendor management, statement review, and discrepancy resolution
Assist with filing, organization, and administrative accounting tasks as neededQualifications
At least 3 years of previous accounting experience
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
Comfortable handling AP, AR, and basic general ledger responsibilities
Strong attention to detail with consistent, accurate data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
Ability to work independently while supporting a broader teamPay Details: $53,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
